The Earth Dragons are launching a Leadership Festival which involves bringing together people from one company from multiple countries for two days of inspirational leadership development.

The Earth Dragon Leadership Festival is a transformative event that lifts your leaders out of their daily lives and inspires them with creativity.  Experience two intensive days of evolutionary leadership development with a difference. Through its experiential and explorative nature, the Leadership Festival stands for deep learning with lightness and joy. 

Leaders will leave the festival with renewed energy, full of aliveness, a huge confidence boost, more self-awareness and greater access to their creativity. They will be equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art leadership skills based on the forefront of leadership research.

How does it work?

In booking the Earth Dragon Leadership Festival, 18 to 22 Earth Dragon leaders are committed to developing the leaders of your company.  The leadership festival concept goes beyond the workshops and is a special experience in its entity from the beginning until the end.  Every detail has been consciously thought through and intentionally designed to create a lasting, transformative impact.

Throughout the two days, we will lead participants in groups of 20 to 25 people through a series of unique leadership development workshops, stories and inspirational speeches. Every workshop is led by 2 Earth Dragon Front of Room Leaders.

Whilst we take your business seriously, we lead with full permission, professionalism and a contagious enthusiasm. The workshops that we have co-created are aligned to our passions, are a reflection of our life purposes and include the unique gifts that we have and want to share with the world.
